Pay a year up front for Team or Pro: 12 months for the price of 10. All prices in pounds. No UK VAT is added: as a UK business you account for it under the reverse charge.

Want your area to yourself?
Pick your base and how far you travel: 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 or 50 miles. We list the postcode districts around you, nearest first; untick any you don't want and reserve the rest for 12 months, and we won't offer Spark to another installer there. You pay for the houses in them (not flats), up to 200,000 houses, so a smaller area costs less.

Pricing questions
Do unused checks roll over?
No. Pick the plan that fits a normal month; extra checks are charged at your plan's rate.
Can I change plan?
Move up any time, yourself, from your Billing page: it starts that day, and that month you pay each plan for its own days. To move down, email us; it starts from your next month.
When am I invoiced?
On the 1st, for the month before: your plan (just the days you had it in your first month), extra checks and any territory. Annual plans are invoiced up front.
How do I pay?
By card, set up once and paid automatically. Or pay each invoice online within 14 days.
Can prices change?
Only with 60 days' notice, and you can leave before the change at no cost. Annual prices are fixed for the year.
