Add the bill and the system
A photo of the bill and what you're quoting. At the kitchen table or back at the office.
Start here
Upload their latest bill
A photo or the PDF. Spark reads their name, address, meter number, retailer, the power used by time of day, solar exported and the total. You check it and fix anything it missed.
No bill to hand?
Type it in instead
The address fills in as you type. Take the usage from their retailer's app or online account: by time of day, or one total.
Then add the system
Battery size and charge rate, solar size, the inverter, and the car: how far it drives and the charger.
Their email, if you like
So their sign-up answers are ready to copy. You send the link; we never email them.

Spark prices every plan
The part no spreadsheet can do quickly.
Every retailer's published plans for that address, from the official plan data retailers must publish (the same data behind Energy Made Easy).
The bill scaled to a year, then the battery, solar and car added the way they really run: charging in free and cheap hours, covering the evening peak.
Each plan's own rules: time-of-use rates, free windows, battery and VPP credits, feed-in rates, supply charges and discounts.
Ranked on the yearly cost alone. No retailer pays us, and the ranking can't see who pays anyone.

You both get the answer
On your screen straight away, and on a private link for them.
What you see
- The plan that suits, and the yearly saving
- The top three side by side
- The top 100 as a spreadsheet
- What the prices assume, and why
- A proposal PDF with your logo
- The customer's link, ready to send
What your customer sees
- The same answer, in plain words
- Your business name and logo
- How the switch works, and that the power stays on
- The retailer's form, step by step, answers ready to copy
What Spark doesn't do
So you can say exactly what it is.
- It doesn't sign anyone up. The retailer asks your customer for consent on its own form, as energy rules require.
- It doesn't guarantee a saving. Prices are estimates from the bill and the system, and retailers change prices.
- It doesn't judge the battery or the solar. Claims about the system stay yours.
- It doesn't contact your customers. You decide when and how to send the link.
Questions installers ask
Before or after the install?
Both. Run it on the system you're quoting to help close the sale, then again on what you installed. A re-run for the same customer within 90 days is free.
What if there's no better plan?
Spark says so. Staying put is an answer too, and it builds trust.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Up to 2, 5 or 15 people depending on your plan, each signing in with their own email. No passwords.
What if they can't find a bill?
Type the figures in from their retailer's app or online account. Spark only needs the address, who they're with and how much power they used.
Is my customers' information safe?
Each installer only ever sees its own customers. We never sell their details or market to them, we don't keep the bill itself, and checks are deleted after two years.
Do you get paid by retailers?
No. Not a commission, not a referral fee, nothing. You pay us; they don't.
Can we get exclusive rights to use Spark?
Yes, in your area. On Team or Pro you can reserve up to 10 postcodes for 12 months, and we won't offer Spark to another installer there. It's priced on the batteries actually installed in those postcodes: A$1 a month for each battery installed a month, from A$100.
