What it is
Every published business electricity plan, priced on your building's own meter data, with and without the system you're being quoted. The one that suits it best is at the top, with the saving, payback and what it assumes.
What it isn't
It isn't a quote or advice. The figures are estimates until they show on a bill. The resolution and any rebate are as your installer entered them: check them against your state's rules and your by-laws.
Residents' bills
Nothing changes for residents' own power bills. It's about the owners corporation's common-property account, which is paid from the levies, so every owner shares the saving.
Nobody paid for this recommendation.
Spark Plan Check takes no money from any electricity retailer, the ranking can't see who pays whom, and Spark Plan Check is paid the same whatever the committee decides. If your installer gets anything from a retailer when the building switches, they must tell you before you sign up.
If the committee goes ahead
The owners corporation signs up for the plan on the retailer's own business form, or SMEInspect can do it with the committee's approval and keep the building on the best plan, paid only from what it saves. The building's power isn't interrupted.
Your building's details and meter data are kept with your installer's plan check, used only for it, and deleted with it (after two years at the latest). The link can be switched off at any time: ask your installer, or email hello@sparkplancheck.com.
